Anthropolis is a non-profit association based in Budapest, Hungary. The organisation has been established in 2002 and intends to promote the values of cultural relativism, participatory approach, citizens’ empowerment and awareness on global issues, in order to introduce global perspective in institutional education and strike up social discourse. Anthropolis has built an extensive network of schools and teachers, local authorities, ministries and established cooperation with relevant teacher-training universities and institutions working in the field of educational research and development. Over the last 20 years Anthropolis has created/facilitated:

focusing on the topics of global learning, sustainability, cultural heritage of minorities, fair trade, migration, gender equality and contemporary slavery.

Anthropolis is the lead organisation who conduct the research and analysis the national research results and needs, finally writes the research report on the state of art of the VET system in connection to transformative learning in the partnering countries.  Beside of the research Anthropolis will have also an active role in the development of the curriculum to improve soft skills of VET students and the training to equip VET teachers with different methodologies towards a more comprehensive teaching in VET schools.
