The Youth Association of Transylvania, established towards the end of 2011, is a non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating the participation of young individuals from the Transylvania region of Romania in European projects. Our primary goal is to contribute to the development, promotion, and representation of the collective interests of Transylvanian communities. We achieve this by organizing volunteer-based activities that encompass social, cultural, sports, educational, recreational, and professional training initiatives, thereby promoting European values.
Our objectives:
- Advocating for the interests of the youth in Transylvania across personal, social, civil, professional, economic, sports, and recreational domains.
- Encouraging youth engagement in the preservation of traditional, folk, cultural, and ethnic values specific to Transylvania while promoting these values both nationally and internationally.
- Enhancing youth access to national, European, and international opportunities, disseminating information about these opportunities within our region.
- Enhancing youth access to national, European, and international Establishing collaborations and partnerships with other groups, associations, and foundations in Transylvania, Romania, the European Union, and worldwide.
As an independent organization, we maintain no affiliations with ethnic, political, or religious entities.
The management and the coordination of the project is the responsibility of the Youth Association from Transylvania (ATA). With a wide range of experience and expertise in organizing and overseeing diverse initiatives, ATA oversees the project’s execution and ensures effective coordination among all involved partners. With a firm commitment to excellence and a track record of successful project management, ATA’s dedicated team employs their skills and knowledge to drive the project forward, delivering impactful results and achieving the desired objectives.
