FUNSALPRODESE is a Salvadoran organization with more than 30 years of experience focusing its work in different territories of the country based on the needs of the population and the context. Its work is aimed at marginalized social sectors and/or rural and urban communities, where it promotes the participation and empowerment of people with gender equity and social justice. As accumulated experience, it has worked in sexual and reproductive health for the prevention of pregnancy in girls and adolescents, work with youth from the approach of skills for life and work as well as conflict transformation and the promotion and establishment of a culture of peace; prevention of gender-based violence through awareness processes, work with men through the strategy of masculinities and school of leaders with women; Risk Management; Water conservation, sanitation and hygiene promotion; health, food security and sovereignty and nutrition; natural resources and environment; solidarity economy, economic enterprises, among others. FUNSALPRODESE is pleased to work in the VET project that seeks to strengthen the capacities of technical vocational training centers, since one of our pillars is the solidarity economy and we have a vocational training center CFP 

FUNSALPRODESE we are constantly working on training and accrediting young people in vocations and job skills to help them not only to get their first job but also to improve their quality of life; therefore our role within the VET project is as a partner to carry out joint research and replication by sharing work experiences that can be useful.
