The fourth mobility involved training educators on becoming facilitators and trainers, focusing on learning processes, communication skills, and group dynamics in VET settings.

A one-day intensive workshop where educators were trained in creating Digital Landmark Stories, a method to help VET students reflect on their personal and professional development through digital storytelling.

Following the initial training, educators conducted workshops in their respective countries, guiding students through the process of creating their own Digital Landmark Stories.

The concluding event of the VET Pact project, where coordinators reviewed achievements, discussed financial aspects, and planned for future collaboration.

The conference presented the final outputs of the VET Pact project to an audience of 70 stakeholders from the VET field and not only.
